The Children’s Hospital Trust Fund is a registered charity (number 283091) which was set up 30 years ago by a team of paediatric doctors. We are based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London. We are a separate entity to Chelsea and Westminster but work closely with the children’s medical teams to support their invaluable work.
Our day to day work includes buying medical and surgical equipment for the children’s and babies' medical teams. We support the medical teams, the children, babies and their families at the Hospital and provide help where it is urgently needed.
We’ve had three large appeals in the past where we’ve raised over £1million to fund substantial projects in the neonatal and paediatric wards at Chelsea and Westminster. Our current appeal, part of the Children’s Sunshine Appeal, is to raise £1.5million to buy state of the art robotic equipment for the new children’s operating theatre.

We have two part-time staff who run the charity day to day and are the first point of contact for any enquiries – Rebecca McLoughlin, our administrator, and Margaret Clyde, our secretary.
We have three amazing patrons who work hard to help promote our work:
Lord Norwich, Susan Hampshire and Jane Asher.

We also receive a lot of help and support from a number of other organisations. Click here to view our Sponsors and Supporters page.
